Tornado Response Recap - Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky
READ co-founders traveled to Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky during the week following Christmas to deliver much needed school supplies to children impacted by the tornados. In 5 days, READ's response team dropped off 967 backpacks to 7 locations. The response was truly humbling to be able to help those in need following such devastation.
To date, this was READ's largest response. Since returning to California, READ has continued to fundraise to restock its supply of backpacks filled with school supplies in preparation for future responses.
